What do u think would be better running test e at 400/week for 12 weeks or 500/week for 10 weeks.

I dont think you would notice a difference.

if you are smaller person with little to no cycle experience 400mg/week would be fine, where as if you are bigger person it would not

I asked earlier and was told to wait a bit.
I’m a few weeks from 20 and this would have been my first cycle. I’m 6’3” and 230 now, at 15-17%. Iv been training for 2 years more or less.
I went from 270 pound(17 years old) to 198(last summer) and now I range 227-231.
My plan is to try to get down to 8-9% by the summer and well stick to this diet until I can add a bit more to my frame.
Im planning on starting tomorrow:
4 egg white 2 whole eggs
¾ cups
1 cup of skim milk
whole wheat sandwich with turkey slices
cup of skim milk
protein shake
hand full of nuts
Baked potato
Chicken Brest 6-8 ounces
Veggies
Post Workout shake
44g of whey
and ½ cup of oats
hour later
Yams or potato
Steak or chicken brest or other type of meat
Veggies
½ cup of cottage cheese
These would be my 7 meals, what do u think, any advice or something I should change?
