    Missing anything??

    First cycle and keeping it simple:
    weeks 1-10 test eth 500mg/wk
    weeks 1-4 20mg dbol/ed
    week 1 .25mg letro/ed
    weeks 2-10 .50mg letro/ed
    day of last letro i will start nolva for a month or untill i feel normal

    supps: flax and fish oil, vitamin b's (all in one kinda pill ie b5 b6 etc)

    you guys think im missing anything or by the looks of it im good to go??

    I wouldn't run letro or nolva unless you get signs of gyno.

    to test: I already have gyno believe it or not from puberty (very mild) and i also know that you do NEED estrogen to gain strength, etc......but im willing to risk no erection/ less strength gains by running letro bc to me my gyno getting worse is my nightmare.........and i was going to start nolva right after the my cycle but im guessing i should wait until the test life has depleted ( i have to look at that one thread again to determine how many days to wait untill pct).....so given this scenario isn't smart to run letro during cycle??? i really appreciate you giving me advice tho dont get me wrong...

    as for my diet its not the greatest due to work but i do eat every 2-3 hrs i dont count macros bc i just dont have the time but i know what im doin

    breakfast big bowl of whole grain oats that has flax oil it
    with a banana and a protein shake (usually either whey protien by ON procomplex or muscle milk)

    then every 2-3 hrs from that i have 5-8oz of lean meat, brown rice or sweet patatoes and broc

    after my work out i like to have a 50g ON whey drink then like 30 mins later a nice meal

    have you tried to reverse the gyno? There's a thread on it some where, do a search.

    i would only say that "i know what im doing" when it comes to my diet bc i was a skiny lil shit after High school but from eating right and training all natty i gained 55lbs in like 3-4 yrs ( slackin here and there from the gym ) but usually very consistent

    i think i did read that.....is that the one where u work ur way up to 2.5mg of letro a day??? if it is i was very intrigued at this but didnt like the side effects of letro alone....so i firgued by doing a small cycle of test that should combat the side effects of letro

    but if its not that thread then imma start searching now for a diff gyno reversal thread....but i think i did read that letro was the only thing that came close to reversing it

    i would use something less strong then letro(arimidex,aromasin).keep letro while using stronger gear at higher dose.But again if you already have sign of gyno well ill let the more experienced guys answer this one.....good luck

    thanks man

    i was thinking about gettin aromasin instead of letro but then my nerves got the best of me and wanted something more stronger....but theres SOOO many more ppl out there who know more then me so if any of you think im doing sumthing wrong just please let me kno
