i plan on taking about 4 grams of taurine a day, and also taking a multi-vitamin, and about 4000 clean calories per day... i will also take 50 mg of benadryl ed on the third and six week... plan to stop after six weeks...
my stats are 5'10 185lbs 10% fat...i've never done any kind of steroid before... i lift 5days a week and do cardio about twice a week... looking to go to about 5 to 6% for summer... would u guys recommend the inclusion of any other supplements or any change in diet... add cardio??? any opinion would be greatly appreciated...
