You need to design your own cycle, then ask for input on tweaking it...everybody doesn't have time to design a cycle for everyone in here. At 175, I think you could put on more wait with a better diet. You should be able to get close to 200 w/ diet alone. If you lost most of your gains from the deca , did you do any pct at all?

    21 years old
    you've done 3 cycles already
    adn ONLY 175lbs

Sorry, but you should NOT be using AAS. you lost your gains after your deca cycle cause you do not have a clue how to keep gains after a cycle
With 3 cycles under your belt, although not well done cycles, you should be a LOT bigger than the average 5'9" person!!

THUS: its your diet and training!!!!!

Did you do any type of PCT for any of your cycles??????

The problem lies from within, Steroids are not a magical. You need to put in hard work before, during and after your cycles. As you've previously stated that you lost all your gains. What makes you think that another cycle is the answer?

almost 23 just started my first cycle
im like 5'9''-5'10'' also and was a skinny lil turd who thought for the first 6 months of training that i was a "hard gainer"
after tweaking my diet and working out consistently ive put on 55lbs im like 3 yrs
point being im the same height as you but weigh more then you when your ON a cycle and me being natty
gain more of a solid base and u'll hold on to ur gains more effectively
    good luck man

You just don't understand do you?
Steroids wont help you be more consistent, again that comes from age and maturity. You have to start with a solid base, or else you're destined to repeat your cycles over and over trying new compounds and never getting anywhere.

dude these guys are giving you good advice. i think you should read this board everyday for six months. pick up what these guys say and really understand it. get yourself a really good diet and establish that first. i have been reading this board for 2 years and still have not done a cycle, because i have been learning. now i can read a post and say ok he needs this and this from knowledge i have gotten from these guys. the best way to get really good results is to listen what these guys have to say....seriously. so you can 2 things get mad and do what u want or let these guys take you under their wing. these guys will always have your back.

    alright..

    tell us your diet..

list it like this.., i'll show you a sample of one i stick to..

    1 4 eggs 1 cup oats
2 1 chicken breast 1 tbls flax oil
    3 1 protein shake 50g protein/amino accids 1 tbls flax oil
4 1 chicken breast 1 cup green beans with lemon
    wo
    pwo protein shake/dex
5 1 steak 8 oz with sweet potato
    6 protein shake/flax

list in there where your workout will be..

    i'm 5'9" 205 but i'm 46 as well.. 12%bf.. i was 190 before i did aas.. and about 22% bf...

so my question to you is what are your goals... bigger "size' i was bigger doing strength training.. my best was 525 for 3 reps..

did i like the way i looked?? hell. no.. looked like the BF good rich guy..

so ask yourself what you want to accomplish..

but list your diet here 1st..

well my goals are to gain mass and strenght. i hope to play football again next year so i mean i have a reason for these not just for looks. That is my motivation.

My diet is usually an all meat diet.
i try to stick with steak pork chicken and veggies like grean beans potatos corn. for breakfast it is usually fruits and a mass gainer shake then another 1 be4 workout and another after then somtimes be4 bed. hah im extremly trying to put on weight as you might be able to tell. i have an extremly fast metabolism though so its hard.
    I understand better..

flax.. your diet does not have enough fat in it.. so it eats the muscle (your body)..

do you eat at least as much as i do in the list that i posted???

How many of those meals are in the form of actual food as opposed to "shakes."

so... again.. are you taking in that much fat?? i assume you take nothing in the form of fat..

see the body will use that for fuel, that will leave the nutrients to build muscle..

thus you will be stronger, because you have more muscle to build with..

hey man you should probably be taking in about 2500 calories to grow. of which you should ROUGHLY get about 50-55% of your calories from carbs about 25-30% from protein and about 10-15 % from fat. that is a good solid diet now obviously everyone has different goals and peoples bodies are different so tweeking this for your specs is a must but it is a firm foundation. and you have to take into consideration that eating five to six meals a day burns a lot of calories....you would be surprised to find out how many calories are burned in the digestion process. so maybe less frequent bigger meals could be an option too....but try this stuff before juice.
