HCG or nolvadex cycle

I am into a sustanon 250 cycle for the first time, 1 shot/week up to 8 weeks. After that what would be more recommended, HCG or nolvadex ? And what should be the dosage and duration?

..and you are wasting a good amount of your gear by only injecting once a week. Sustanon is best shot EOD to take full advantage of the shorter esters. And since you are only doing 250mg a week, you are really short-changing yourself.
