    on cycle, need info on time between and next cycle

    Im currently on a 10week test e 500mg/wk 250 mon/thurs, good diet, great workouts, good health etc. This cycle im using strictly for gains, not too concerned with fat mass. I started at 168, 2weeks in im @ 178lbs, 6'0''. PCT will be nolva week 9-12 50mg/ed.

    How long should i wait in between cycles, and what are your reccomends on my next cycle? My goals after this gain cycle are to cut and tone, with similar gains.

    any help/experiences would be great. Thanks!

    Time on = time off....
    10 weeks on...10 weeks off before next cycle...

    Some people say time on plus pct equals time off so 10 weeks plus 2 weeks until pct starts plus 4-5 weeks for pct means 16-17 weeks after your pct is done before you start again. 4-5 months. Im sure you wont wait that long but blood work would be a good indicator of when things are back to normal and you definately want that before you jump back on.

    How old are you?

    I may be wrong, but somehow, it seems that you don't have the maturity to start using aas.

    and you were only 168lbs. @ 6' tall ?? should have been a natural 200 as well before AAS.

    what is with this "you need to weigh 200 pounds thing???" i mean i was 6'0 185-190 when i started using. 6 months prior to that i weighed 235.... Does this mean i was more ready at 235 even though i was just as strong perhaps stronger at 185-190?????i just chose to start at a lower body fat. Even at 185-190 i was still putting up 360. Its not so much about weight as muscle maturity. butttttt ill give you 168 at 6' is a tad low......

    @ hugovsilva - Im 21, but I have definately reached my maximum potential in terms of muscle / body growth. I Used to weigh 240 in high school, then dropped to 150 after, and maintained 170 for 3 years. Some may say that I am too young to use aas, but it is my decision, and after careful thought and consideration, I have chose this path. Now I look to you guys for advice/guidance, as long as your offering it.

    @ TheNatural3456 - thanks, thats exactly the information I was looking for.

    Now my 2nd question still stands, once my levels return to normal, what is the best cycle for gains/cutting? I kno its more of a tradeoff with eachother, but I hope to maintain my gains from my current cycle enough so that I may focus more on cutting. Any advice??

    Planning your next cycle well in advance is a very good idea, it takes me months to decide on what and another month to get it. I would recommend looking at masteron , winny, and test. You should do some research on them and try to develop a dosage schedule than post it for critque and let us know your cycle experience. GL

    At 6ft and 168lbs, i doubt that you have reached your maximum natural potential. But its your call.

    As for cutting, it is more about diet than anything else, but some compounds worth looking at are:
    test prop
    eq
    var
    masteron
    winny
    primo
    tren (only for experienced users or someone with a good research background)
    maybe npp

    read about them and pick which ones you have available or you thinks suits your goals.
