I am in need of some advice as wich products to use when and for how long I am planning on competing next year and my propose plan is as follows;
Phase one : 7 months bulking - powerlifting type program
Phase two : 5 Months definition work - Big kev type routine
Phase three: 4 Months - Competition preperation and cutting
That is my proposed training cycles please advise me on what "products" to use and for how long I need to gain about 44lbs in
my bulking cycle.
Any info appreciated
