What to use when
Hi alll
I am in need of some advice as wich products to use when and for how long I am planning on competing next year and my propose plan is as follows;
Phase one : 7 months bulking - powerlifting type program
Phase two : 5 Months definition work - Big kev type routine
Phase three: 4 Months - Competition preperation and cutting
That is my proposed training cycles please advise me on what "products" to use and for how long I need to gain about 44lbs in
my bulking cycle.
Any info appreciated

44 lbs - damn - be prepared to eat and don't be afraid to eat at McDonalds.
Now to your question.
Not sure how old you are - but if you have completely given up on your natural test levels and want to make a life long committment to AAS then you could run something like this.
Your basic for about a month or 2 before you comp
500 mg of test enth cyp per week for the year non stop
500 mg of deca per week for the year non stop
Now for your bulking
Add
50 mg of dbol ed for 6 weeks
or 50 mg of Adrol
skip 4 weeks
75 mg of fina ed for 6 weeks
Skip 4 to 5 weeks
Now your next stage
50 mg of dbol for 6 weeks
or 50 mg of adrol - switch from the first
Skip 4 weeks
Probably time to drop the deca and use some equipoise at the same mg
This should take you up until about a month or so before you competition. At that time you need to look at where you are at and go from there.

Experience is about 2 1/2 years ,age 23 , training experience 9 years
I need to gain 44lbs to be 250lbs where I will start cutting down to be ripped for the heavyweight devision . Although I am short I have thick bone structure that tend to make me look flat if I diet down for the light
heavy's. My pictures are on the board check under " me at 203lbs " I have since gone up to 205. The 44lbs is because I converted 20kgs to lbs
