Test Enth Anti E help

I am going to start a 375mg each week test enth cycle for 12 weeks. Some say 250 is sufficent some say 500 is the only way to go, so I decied to go in between. If i wanted to run a anti e during my cycle what should i take?

I have 1 bottle each of arr letro clomid and nolva. Also what would my pct look like? I allready know from the hours of research, but just want opinions from people who have actually done cycles before. Thanks.

Personally I like Arimidex, but you can use letro

like the L-dex myself....didn't need .25mg ED .1 did fine for me

edit. gonna order me some l-dex tommorow thanks for the advice. What would be a good pct with the clomid and tamox?
