Ready for a cycle?
I have been getting alot of " you need to put some pounds on before thinking about you're first cycle." I understand where they are coming from being that i am 5'11, 155 pounds but the little muscle i do have is pretty cut up. I just started weight lifting recently but I am in the army so the muscle i have is from push ups, sit ups, pull ups...Just want to bulk up quick, i know i am probably trying to rush things but just tired of being the small guy. Let me know what yall think.

To add to this I had a friend of mine starting about my size, without any natural bulking go straight to roids. He is a monster now. Now i dont know how much of this he will keep but all i know is he put alot of muscle on in a short period of time.

If you or your body does not know how to hold onto all that muscle, you will lose most of it!!!
You will NOT build MASS by just doing pushups or situps........
If you can not put on mass by eating what makes you think you are gonna be able to put it on just by using steroids ????? They are not magic....they work my being able to convert MORE food IF the body has a NEED for it which you are NOT giving it by no heavy resistance training
SORRY i know this isn't what you want to hear, so its your body, go do what you want and prove us wrong

SMAN, i know i will not gain bulk from push ups and sit ups. I am taking in a minimum of 3700 cal a day, well tryin my best too. I am workin on putting some weight on naturally with a good diet and hitting the gym 5 days a week but how much weight do yall think i should put on before starting my first cycle. Im really not tryin to do anything that will be inaffective in the long run, i do want to keep my gains, atleast most of them.

3700 is maintanance for me so that should be good for you. How long have you been eating this much daily. Don't think I am saying eat any and everything. What you eat is very important too. I say hold off on the AAS and get some advice in the diet forum. furthermore, AAS effects you RBC count. do a little more research on that and see how it can (-)impact aerobic workouts. The Army wants you "effective". hence the variation of excercises in the physical fitness test. You are no good to your fellow soilder if you are lacking in any section of the test. Well roundedness is what it's all about man. Most (I said most) of us here are not the fastest guys ont the block but throw a peice of steal in our face and we'll move it. The Army wants you to move that steal and then run 2 miles or vice versa. Go natural, gain natural, and you will get the results you intend. Plus they will be 100% keepable.

I understand where yall are coming from. How bad do roids affect your endurance. If i was to be doing alot of running during my cycle it wouldnt help my endurance. I dont want to be so big i cannot pass a PT test or even run two miles but i do want to be up to about 180 straight muscle. If i was to go natural with it, any recomended supplements to go along with a good diet that could help me bulk up.
