im going to talke liv53 for my liver protecter against the methanabol wich i will take 30mg a day but how should i space them out i have the 10mg tabs. and after im finish a month i will get off and continue taking nolvadex while taking clomid to restore my natural testosterone any other good ideas? im using methanabol by itselft. and supplements better than the ones i have

Do you understand that most of the gains from dbol are temporary as they are MOSTLY water retention??????

FOOD will add mass!! learn to eat correctly. It isn't easy, but it works wonders.....

Dbol is good, don't get me wrong, but used mostly to help kickstart a cycle due to the strength gains you get from it.
Dbol with some Test will put on mass IF you know how to eat adn train

You are all over the place.
Try reading and understand how to eat properly.
After you know that, start reading about aas until you figure out what suits you.

It sounds like you just want to pop some pills down.
