DNP or T3(Cytomel) Which Do You Recommend?
Alright, here is the question.
I have heard DNP is THE best for weight loss, but also quite dangerous! Now, I have also heard you can do DNP at a light dose, but take for a longer period of time. Say, 200mg-250mg a day for like 3-4 weeks straight. And this way, you will lose quite a bit of fat.
OR
Take T3, but since you have to take it with juice, do T3 with like 25mg of Winny a day. Is this ENOUGH to stop muscle loss??? Do you need to take more juice?
Let me know what ya'll think/know. I am interested in one of these, but I don't know which is better/easier/more effect to take!!!

t3 at 25 mcg wont burn muscle unless you are already low BF%.
i ran 12.5-50 mcg for 8 weeks and i loved every minute of it.
I didnt run any gear at all, just the t3,ate clean and worked my ass off and i saw good fat loss and signs of muscle showing up.

I will run T3 like this:
25/25/25/50/50/50/75/75/75/100/100/100/75/75/75/50/50/50/25/25/25
Now that's a 3 weeks cycle, I would probably run TWO of those WITH 25mg of Winny every day.
How does that sound? Also i read a lot where they say T3 is not for beginners, I have been lifting for 2.5 years, but i'm not big with the juice yet, so is it still okay to do the T3, or would you say it's too harsh?

I think you will find that you don't need that high of dosages of T3. If you have never tried it... start low and see how your body responds. I don't think you will get higher then 50mcg.

If your looking for a cutting cycle, you could run it with winny/prop. I think you would be happy with the results!

One more question, when on T3, is there ANYTHING that you can actually take that will balance out your OWN T3 production in your body?
You know how you take Clomid for your nutz, anything for the thyroid?

i would suggest to read cyc post in educational forum I used to think cycling t3 was better like u said but not I tend to agree with what he said when I just did a cycle I didnt have any problems coming off and did it how he said which I beleive is work out ur cycle length then 5% of the time getting to max 40% of ur time at max dosage and 55% of the time coming down slowly. Reason being thyroid will shut down quickly no there is no way to balance it out, so make the most of it get to ur max asap and then stay there slowly bring it back in to avoid a crash and avoid rapid fat gain makes sense and works well

Cycleon's post is very informative. Souns good, 5%/40%/55% BUT I only have access to 50mcg pills, and I don't know if I can break them up into FOUR parts!!! How can I do this?
