Alright, here is the question.
I have heard DNP is THE best for weight loss, but also quite dangerous! Now, I have also heard you can do DNP at a light dose, but take for a longer period of time. Say, 200mg-250mg a day for like 3-4 weeks straight. And this way, you will lose quite a bit of fat.
OR
Take T3, but since you have to take it with juice, do T3 with like 25mg of Winny a day. Is this ENOUGH to stop muscle loss??? Do you need to take more juice?
Let me know what ya'll think/know. I am interested in one of these, but I don't know which is better/easier/more effect to take!!!
