ok let me list a few of my stats before i start.
im 20 years old i consume about 3500 calories a day and will bump it up to about 4k once i start cycle. im 5 11 185 lbs
i have a lifting routine of 5 days/week

mon-chest tris chest-12/8-10 reps Tris-6/8-10 reps
tuesday-back bis Back-15/8-10 Bis-6/8-10 reps Abs-10 reps 4 sets
wed-shoulders Shoulders-15/8-10
thursday-legs Legs- 16/8-10
friday-bis tris Bis/tris- 10/10/8-10 reps Abs-10 rep 4 sets

sun-rest

i keep this workout and every 3 weeks i change the rep sets from 8-10 then 3 weeks later to 4-6. Im introducing a new workout while on cycle with reps of 4-6

my workout will be

monday-chest shoulders
tuesday-back
wed-legs
thursday off
friday- bis tris

reps are 4-6 and havent figured out set amount

now hers how i want to run cycle

1 week before
1000 mg milk thistle
100 mg coq10
1000 mg hawthorne berry
fish oil (been running it regularly) 2 pills 1000 mg each


week 1-
supporting supplements
superdrol 20 mg

week 2-
supporting supps
superdrol 20 mg

week 3-
supporting supps
superdrol 20 mg

PCT
week 4- supporting sups
nolvadex (tamoxifen citrate) 40 MG for first 2 days 20/20/20/20

i just realized that thats 12 pills a day pre cycle/during/PCT holy shit

anyone run anything similiar to this how does this sound
