    Thumbs up Keeping off the fat after clen cycle

    Hey guys

    I havent put on any fat in years. slowly gettin leaner. if i do a cycle of clen can i expect to keep the fat off if my diet stays clean?

    are you lean now? A clean diet will definitely be the best way to stay lean after clen...

    yes it will stay off if your diet is in check.

    If you do lots of cardio on clean then the fat loss will be almost 3-fold compared to just doing cardio, so its actually impossible to keep all the fat off when you come off the clen cycle, your body comes off on a crash and is no longer in the fat-burning mode it was in when on clen.

    Its the same with AAS, if your injecting 500mg a week then after the cycle its impossible to keep all the gains when your natural test is at best 80mg a week!! You have sliced the anabolic enviroment by one sixth!!

    Fat cells dont dissapear or burn, they just get smaller in size as they release the energy in them, so if your current diet and exercise cause some fat to exsist then that fat will quickly come back as soon as you stop the clen.

    Clen crash is actually a myth, arguably, everyone and their bodies are different. Just like the compounds that you put into your body react differently among other people so does coming off of the compounds and also what gains/losses you get.

    First hand experience is with proper diet and exercise, me personally, ive kept all of the losses from doing cycles with t3 and clen.

    Even with clen alone I never had problems keeping the fat off, unless I went off diet or stopped working out

    hm...thanks guys..kinda what i thought..everyone is different. hope i keep it off..or i may just hit up some cardio..i dont have much fat on me but i am pretty lazy..haha..thanks again for ur imput guys
