    muscle gains from different AAS

    I hear all this stuff about run this and you will get nice gains, run that and u will get lean bodymass, isnt muscle all the same, so when using any type of AAS wouldn't you just consider using a powerful AAS to gain as much muscle as you can and try and keep it using proper diet?

    Now with water retention if what you guys will state i tend to run letro all through my cycles so estrogen will be flushed out and i should be gaining muscle no water which i have been.

    The reason why i am stating this is becuase i have a pussy friend out there who runs dbol on and off and can still get big with lots of muscle only losing like 30% of his gains with proper diet, he looks bulky with abit of fat but he just needs to tone that fat up and he could look like a pro.

    While a muscle is a muscle cells not all gains are muscle. If you were choose a testosterone ester and not run an AI or run one at low dose then some of the test would be converted to estrogen. Estrogen has certain benefits such as helping hdl/ldl ratios, and the stimulation of HGH prodction(oddly enough it decreases igf production). Besides bloating another down side is it stimulates the storage of Sub-Q fat. This last one is a mixed blessing as it prevents viceral fat from being stored which a greater cardio vascular risk.
    Any way over all gains would be greater and muscle mass may also be greatest if you allow for some estrogen but you also run the risk of additional fat storage.
    If you ran and AI with test, and other compounds that do not aromatize then you would not get the fat, in fact many of the strong Androgens bind tightly to the A.R.s on fat cells and cause them to either not store fat or burn it for energy.
    So what I'm saying is things like Dbol if run without an AI will produce max gains but those gains are also more likely to include fat.
    In the end though diet and training will have the largest impact. You could be poping dbols all day, and using test and deca but without eating enough calories you will not grow. Like wise if you live off doritos and piza and don't train the best cutters in the world will not make a dent.
