arr t3 question

ok so i got the t3 from arr and its 200mcg per ml and i know it should be pyramided but how do you dose properly if you just have a little spray bottle ? any suggestions

hi i know im new to the site, but i remember someone telling me that sometimes the spary is calulated. ill find out more and try to get back to you.

wrong forum but 1 squirt is .25 ml so four squirts is 100 and so on

some people say that you should measure it with a syringe b/c the spray bottle is not always accurate.

yep, use a syringe. better accuracy
