Hi I just want to say that this is a great site and I am on it almost every day. I am starting my first cycle , it's omnadren 500mg every week 1-12 and d-bol 25 mg ed week 1-12 thinking of taking winstol at the end of the cycle. I am 165 lbs and 5 10" I have worked out fore 3 years and gaind aboute 25 lbs naturaly. What do you think a bout my cycle?? My goals is to gain a bout 20 lbs
Looks good... I would bump the d-bol up to 35mg a day if you're going for a 20lb gain... I don't know about taking the d-bol for 12 weeks though... D-bol kind of loses it's kick for me after 6 to 8 weeks tops....And make sure you eat like a horse... First cycle is almost always the best so don't waste it....
I wouldn't run dbol for 12 weeks. Run it for your first 4-6.

try running the d-bol for the first 4-5 weeks and the last 4 week of your cycle at 30-35mg/ed and remember losts of ALA at least 3000mg a day
This is amazing, i am running the same thing except dbol first 4 weeks. On week 2 1/2 already got some gains and recuperation time has just dropped incredibly
