Im looking for opinions Proviron. What are your experiences with it?
best dosages, what its best used with, duration.
Is there anything that it shouldnt be used with? ie. Arimidex

I using it right now now with my hrt, 50mgs ed, I realy like it, kinda gave me a nice boost. As far as duration its reportedly pretty mild so its definitly a nice addition to a cycle of any length. Next cycle Im going to run it at a hundred mgs ed when Im not running any other dht.

i was thinking of doing the same, 50mg ed throughout cycle. i was initially going to use arimidex, until i got my hands on proviron. hopefully this post will help me make the decision

I love it. I use it with my test, it has a synerestic effect because it will free up your test allowing more of it to build muscle, it is a DHT which helps fight gyno sides, it also aids in fat burning, AND it makes you horny as can be. Bad sides are it can cause balding if your prone to that, so if you have another DHT in your cycle like winny you may want to pass on it.

Used it along with test, and I loved it.

But be aware it is a bit rough on the hairline, and if you have a sensitive prostate you'll need proscar or else it's gonna swell up like a melon!

Currently running 37.5mg/day along with 500mg test/week.I love the proviron.

how do you determine what dosage to run? i see that most guys are running 50mg.

50mg is the usual dose. I feel more is not needed.
As for the scalp issue. I know I am prone to mpb and am on proscar all year round, and never had any problems with proviron, unlike the winny.
I think it is a good option when you do not run test with your cycle,as it compensates for the lack of test, in fact, it is its medical use.

I didnt like it as my primarly weapon to reduce/prevent estrogenic side effects during a cycle. Thought it was very weak at this action.

Use it to reduce SHBG when needed though.

Its far better to use during PCT. Or a bridge for a few weeks after PCT has ended.

wk 1-4 Dbol 40mg
wk 1-13 Test E 500mg
wk 1-12 EQ 400mg
then i was thinking of running:
wk 1-13 Proviron 50mg ed
arimidex?
PCT- Nolva, Clomid
suggestions??

I like your cycle. Good luck. When I was running proviron i didnt really notice anything diff than just from test alone maybe its one of those things you just gota trust that its working sort of like an oil filter in your car

then i was thinking of running:

It's a DHT so balding could be an issue if your prone to mpb. It can also cause long and painful and frequent erections because it free's up your test, other than that I don't know of any more sides.

Never heard of the erection side? Been on it for awhile, like it alot, will use for now on, adding a dht to a cycle is the missing link imo.

Does the above statement really apply to Proviron? It's not c17-Alpha-Alkylated, so it's not comparable to other orals.

What info/studies do you have that advise against using proviron for extended periods (i.e. 13 weeks like the thread starter mentioned)? I only ask because as you can see from this thread, many people use it both during cycle and on PCT, which I would expect to cover at least a 13 week period. Are these guy's killing their livers? Share the knowledge

I've actually see it being claimed as mild on the liver and the rest of the body.

i'm currently using it at 50mgs/day with 600mgs/week of test e and really haven't felt any different than just using test. it's not supposed to be liver toxic and it is supposed to give you a noticeably increased sex drive which i haven't seen. test increases mine anyway, didn't notice it anymore with proviron. and as far as anti-e, i still had to incorporate liquidex into my cycle as the proviron alone wasn't cutting the mustard to keep the gyno away, but i'm pretty gyno-prone when on test.
