43, review my cycle

I am planning to do the follwoing cycle,
350mg of deca / wk for 10-12 weeks?
100-125mg of test e / 13 week
then for PCT
Arimidex and Nolva?

I'm 5/7", 195lbs, working out for more than 10 years, 43 years old, work out 5-6 times a week. I have not done any steroids for about a decade. I did 2 cycles of Test and Deca together, but again 10 years ago.

Recently I did 2 cycles of Superdrol, before that M1T, about 2 years ago with Nolve and Clomid for PCT.

I do my protein shakes, and nothing else right now (except for vitamis, etc).

Is the above cycle a good one for my age group? also what would be the benefit of Arimedex VS Clomid? or should clomid be out of the picture compeltely? thanks for the help.

This is the HRT forum you won't get much feedback in this forum. Post this in the steroids questions & answers forum. I would increase your test to 325/mg per week. I wouldn't want to do less test than deca as you probably will suffer a decreased libido.

agree I always needed 2 x the amount of test then I did deca
if 300mg deca then 600mg test

I'll move this for ya, the issue is you will be suppressing your natural test production with the same test level of an 12 yr old or a 65 yr old man...

so up the test to say 500mg test e and go from there..
