Unhappy After a car accident... cycle

I am 5'11 about 190lbs i have a big gut now and NO STRENGTH. I have been going to therapy for a couple of months and they said that my back is screwed... but that doesnt really matter because im going to train anyway. it has been about a year since my last cycle.

    1. I was thinking of taking anadrol because last time i took it i didnt have any negative side effects (i usually react very well to medication) and it gave me crazy strength and maybe a little temper... I was considering d-bol but last time it just made me feel good and not that good on strength and i got kinda flabby with it.( my diet was clean for the most part). My thinking on this is because i have no strength right now and that makes me feel mentally weak and throws off my mind set.( I feel emarrased to go to the gym).

    2. I want to get cut up this cycle and I dont care much about gaining size... I mean a little wouldn't hurt but this is def more of a cutting cycle.

    3. Can you guys please suggest some exercises that i can supplement that would normally use my shoulders because i dislocated both of them in the accident... I have still use them a little when working out but they click and hurt sometimes....

    4. Please let me know what you think would be a good cycle for me and diet plan... calories, fat, sugars, protien... etc... and help would be great I really need to get back on track...

    5. And for those that are asking yes the doctor said i should do extremely light... but who am i to listen to that

if you have a back with issues you should stay away from squats, deadlifts, good mornings, anything where you must lift weight up from the ground as it will cause you more back problems

diet and exercise , cardio every morning then training later on will be key to you losing the weight.

diet and training will be the key to you regaining your strength, it will not happen over night but you should be back in the gym training for several months before you start cycle again

    good luck to you

You could try training more than 2 months before doing a cycle.. just my opinion.

haha sorry man I would tell you to go for it start your shit! Because im sure thats what you wana here but its really not the best thing to do. Patience is key and you really should try and build back up your natural strength before starting your cycle
