About to start 2nd cycle when Dr. put me on Accutane NEED HELP!!

Hello I have been working on my second cycle forever and have just kept delaying it for when I was on summer break from college, I go on break the first week of May was going to do my second cycle but I went to the Dermatologist today and he put me on Accutane. Should I still do my cycle in the way I intended below? should I make changes to it all? or better yet is it even a good Idea to even do it?

My Stats:
21 Years Old
5'8" Tall
165 Pounds
9% Body Fat
Training for 5 years.
Great Diet not the least bit sloppy.
Researched Gear Since Age 18 on and off.

First Cycle:
I did a basic 250,250,250,500,500,250,250,250 Cycle Of Sustanon
PCT w/ Clomid and Nolvadex .
My Results with the cycle were I gained around 20 pounds keeping around 15 pounds. Very pleased with the gains in Strength and Size.

My Second Cycle:
Since I like the Sustanon I believe I am going to go with it again. I got a bunch in for a real good deal and a buddy of mine had a connection with someone and I gave him a few vials and he sent it away and got it tested and it came back the real thing but only at 200mgs per vial so I found that a little weird but since I have over 30 vials of it Im going to put it to use. But heres what I am thinking of going with.

Sustanon: MWF EOD 600 mgs a Week for 10 Weeks
Naposim Dbol : 30 mgs a day ED for 4 Weeks
Arimidex : 0.50 mgs a day ED for 10 Weeks
Milk Thistle: While on the Naps


For PCT I am going to go with Clomid and Nolva

Anyway you all could help me would be greatly appreciated!!
