letro is in!! qucik question

alright well just got my 2 bottles of letro from lion nutrition. and Im going to follow C Binos letro chart. I just wanan make sure everything is correct with the amount of squirts i use. from what I researched on the site is says 1 squirt = .25mg. so the chart would look something like this



Day 1: .50mg Letro -2 squirts
Day 2: 1.0mg Letro -4 squirts
Day 3: 1.5mg Letro -6 squirts
Day 4: 2.0mg Letro -8 squirts
Day 5: 2.5mg Letro -10 squirts

can anyone tell me if this is right, and also does it matter when I take dose morning or night and do I have to split them up throughout the day. thanks for any info someone can give me thanks!!

letro has a long half life so you do not need to split them up. I do not know the volume of each squirt, I am sure others here will help you with that one. I do have one question, why are you graduating up in dosing? i.e. starting low and going high. There is a feedback with letro use that requires that you titrate down when coming off but I am not aware of scaling up when starting. I am sure there is a reason I am just curious.

Your number of squirts is correct for the amounts(mg's) you have listed. You could also get an oral syringe (1cc) for a more accurate dosing.

Im following C Binos letro chart it said to pyramid up like that then stay at 2.5mg until gyno is gone then taper down

That sounds like your best bet. I used the letro to from Ar-r and it's awesome but sometimes I would get a half squirt for the first squirt and I didn't know how I should count that. An oral syringe would be more accurate, IMO. GL

i got off a cycle about 6 months ago and I believe i got some estrogen rebound cuase my nipple keeps getting puffy and i have excess fat built around the pec so im using the letro to get rid of it

Yep, thats for sure.

I used it and it did nothing but it had been there for about a year at that point..
