water retention

I have a bad problem with water retention it comes on very fast, it makes my face look terrible. Does anybody know the best way to combat this problem? Any info at all would be greatly appreciated.thanks

letro is the best in my opinoion for getting rid of water.. also diet is very important.. make sure to drink 1-2 gallons of water everyday and def. watch your sodium intake...
