liquid clen vs. pill form

i want to buy some clen but am having a hard time deciding if i should get the liquid form in the pump bottle or the pill form.... is one better thn the other?? or are they about the same?? appreciate any help i can get

I would never use the pill form, the liquid form is by far cheaper and just effective.
