Just got some fast acting insulin. Wich dosage is ok to use if you weigh 160 pounds? I only use insulin after traning. Did 6 IE after last traning, is that ok or is it to much? How much could i increse the dosage?

you must have humalog,
what is the first doese you started if it was 6 iu you need to read up a little more.This shit is no joke DEATH. you want to start about 2-3 iu and than work your way up and see how you feel I would not go over 6-8 iu. imo I have used insulin in about 4 of my cycles.with pretty good results. good luck

Yes, i have humalog. I did 2 IE first time, then 4 IE, and last time 6 IE.

I wrote 6-8 but I sould have put 8-10 iu wouldn't go for more than 3-4 weeks at a time than take 1-2 weeks off
