    My Cutting Progress...

Okay so I started to "seriously" cut starting in the New Year. I started in January, at 184 pounds, and today, after 3 months of dieting/cardio/working out, I weighed myself in at 171 pounds. So I have lost about 13 pounds in 3 months, which is pretty good. Now, my strength has NOT dropped at all, in some exercises, it has actually increased slightly, now does this mean virtually all of the 13 pounds I lost was all pretty much fat?

I'm 5'6, and so I know I'm still above my "target weight" but I think my ideal goal would be to hit 175 pounds with like 10% body fat, right now I'm most likely between 15-20%.

Also, I was going to start Test E and Tren E cycle for about 12/6 weeks (respectively). However, seeing that I'm making decent progress with my lifting and dieting and all, should I just push the cycle back, holding off as long as I can?

    Thnx,
    T.

You should really consider getting your body fat to around 10% before you start a cycle. I see a lot of guys that are "Big" but have outrageous 20-30% body fat and cycle on steroids.

I told my buddy lower his BMI, and get into shape first, but he insisted. What happened? He got Gyno. Fat encourages higher levels of estrogen and estrogen encourages fat and water retention. Some guys never get it some get lucky.

Me personally I have a little lump under my left nipple.(Size of a pea) Not because I had a to high of BMI, but because I did no proper PCT. If I where you I would take all the precautions, and have the proper PCT before you even start the cycle. Many guys get their gear cant wait to take them something happens and they have no PCT products

You can have a great body, but a lump under both or one of your nipples can come with pyscological issues giving you a lower self esteem. Me personally it has. It seems my gyno flares up on some days and makes my nipple puffy, and I feel like wearing a sweater outside to cover it up.

Their are many websites, and places where you can get a caliber to measure your bodyfat. Be safe, and have fun getting big!

To me it looks like your cardio/ diet is working well, i wouldnt venture into using AAS yet.

However you can incorporate clen into your regime to give you that extra boost, its anti-catabolic attributes will help keep muscle as it burns some fat.

Have your tried Letro yet bro, it can be used to reverse gyno and get rid of it completely.

For the record, I have done cycles before, probably about 5 or 6 thus far, and I know all about PCT and the steps and safety and what not, I was just curious as to opinions about waiting out on running this next one, as Adam F mentioned, it would probably be better to try and drop some more fat before starting (especially since strength has not really suffered much).

How accurate are the body fat calculators though? Isn't it better to get a professional to measure it?

Yes, sad to say, probably about 5 cycles, it's been weird with me though, long story, been in and out of the lifting game, only been "serious" for the past 12 months maybe. About 2-3 years ago I was up to 235 pounds, so I've lost about 60 pounds in 2-3 years, back then, all I cared about was being strong...yeah, really weird, hahaha. I've attached pics of back when I was phat as hell...nasty.

This cycle would be small/simple, 12 weeks long, 6 of it with Tren E @ 300mg/wk. I'm thinking I aught to try and cut down to about 160 pounds before I start the cycle, would that be roughly a good number, or should I really be going by body fat?

    Thnx,
    T.

Well no, not between the two sets of pictures. The first set of pictures is now. The last two pictures from the changeroom were taken about 2 or 3 years ago. I started my diet in January, and lost 13 pounds from then until now. I don't really have any pictures from January. However, like I mentioned before, I did lose 13 pounds, going from 184 pounds down to 171. And since my strength is STILL the same, I can assume I lost mostly just fat right?

I probably will wait, and see if I can drop the weight down even more to about 160-165 pounds before I start this next cycle. The way I see it, as long as the weight keeps going down, and I look better in the mirror, and my strength stays relatively the same as it was before, all is good

Thnx, yeah, that is what i'm leaning towards, and you're right, it would be better off to just continue to cut even more, especially with summer around the corner, and start the cycle in the fall, only bad part is that i already have the gear...gonna be hard to say no with it just sitting there!
