How do you break open vials?

I believe this has a stopper kind of seal -- do I have to get a sterile vial to mix? Or, do I just take a syringe and pop it through?

Sexyteacher don't take offense to his use of the word elementry, I think he ment that this is a rudimentry procedure that has been outlined in a sticky or asked before.
By rudimentry - I mean everyone is going to encounter it becuse it is fundemental to injection or in this case the reconsitution of HCG .
often times the boards are cluttered with answers to questions that have been answered before, that is why he is suggesting the search button.

As to where you plan to inject - I've read that you want to stay at least 2inches away from the bb with HCG.

first of all as a woman, you should read and research just as anyone else is expected to, because you are a woman do not mean you should get special treatment.

also read the forum and learn that forum staff members should be treated with utmost respect, they donate their time to assist and help educate others and are usually not appreciated to the degree they deserve

you also ask for assistance on injections however do not specify what you are injecting as it would depend what you are using.

Sub q shots are not the same as IM shots. you can get away with more frequent injections cause you are not going into muscle and cause the needles are so thin

Listen, you need to provide more info here. We have some very knowledgeable people in here. Please indicate what you're planning on using and why and people will advice accordingly.

For HCG , there is not reason to shoot IM. SubQ is much more comfortable and easier to do it by yourself. Also, for subQ, you use insulin needles. I would get 1/2 cc with either the short tip 8mm needle or 12mm (1/2") needle. They are usually 29-31 gauge, very tiny.

I have the same vial 10ml of HCG and 10ml of bw water. How much are you planning on injecting? This will dictate as to how much water you're going to use for dillution. I don't like to use too much water and no, you don't have to use all the water. As an example, for my purposes and so it is easier to dose, I will only use 4ml of water.

I have used HCG for IM injections, no prob works fine and is easier IMO. inject anywhere you like in muscle as long as your are not very fat =]

i know why we (men) use hcg why would you need it?just curious ,for intramuscular injections i use 23ga.1" needles

you will be fine ,no need to shoot in muscle ,site rotation is typically for oil based im injections to prevent abscess from forming

As far as rotating sites/spots - you should rotate spots/sites with either one. I believe for HCG, it is easier to do subq. You can stay in the abdominal area forever - just rotate the spots. Where do you think diabetics shoot - abdominal, subq. Goint IM, you have more issues there and I don't really see a reason of doing it.

HCG can stay in the fridge for 2-3mths. I will be using mine for 3mths. Talked to my doctor and he basically said that there is a lot of misinformation on the subject. HCG might loose some of its effectiveness over time, but it is very slow and gradual.

Edit: Just re-read your original post. No worry about shooting subq. No need to rotate sides or anything. Just move around your abdominal area - about 2" away from bb. Once you get tired of stomach subq, you can move onto upper tigh area.

On the vials, they have a plastic cup. Can't remember if it's blue or some other color. Just break that plastic cover off and you will expose rubber stopper. Read up on proper procedure for maintaining sterile environment. To transfer water, best to use a larger syringe - sometime you can buy them separate. 10cc would be great and 18g needle as you just have to do it once - draw the water and inject into the hcg vial. When injecting into HCG vial, do it slowly and run it on the side of the vial and not directly onto the powder.

You realize that is a fertility medication, right? The clinic I used to work at gave shot's of only 250IU and, well, they always ended up pregnant. And, quite a few times it was twin or triplets. So if you are sexually active, you need to be very careful at all times of the month if you are using this medication on a regular basis.

This fat loss you are talking about, was he referring to a specific gender? Usually, and unfortunately for women, most Bodybuilding books are written twords the Male side of the sport and rarely pay attention to females. HCG (without the use of acual exdigenous AAS) use in males would increase testosterone levels above normal range and would help reduce the catabolic effects of a low calorie diet on body muscle and help use up body fat stores.

The book clearly states it's for men AND women....

It's a new book....not sold in stores yet....only on infomercials. I got mine CHEAP on ebay.....

People use it when they want to lose A LOT of weight -- me, I just want the clothes to fit tighter than they already do.

However, I'm on other forums and the claims are its AMAZING!

Ok, one last question.....are you sure he was referring to HCG or HGH (Human Growth Hormone ).

Those are easy to confuse when read about but are totally different hormones.

HGH is definitely useful in fat loss in both men and women. Many profiles and studies have been done to confirm.

This is honestly the first time I've heard about HCG for that use. But hey, science discovers new things everyday.

Sorry to say teacher but 500 calories a day seems ludicrously low, organic or not. I'm sure anyone sticking to a 500 calorie a day diet would lose tremendous weight not sure its the type of lose one wants however. Is the hcg supposed to protect you from catabolism of muscle?
