that happens it is no biggie, remember to aspirate and keep a towel handy when you doing injects so that you can grab it before you stain carpet or bedding

yeah i've hit a blood vessel before, I mostly like to do my shots in the glutes, seems to be less painful and ive gotten pretty good at not bleeding after I pull out the needle.
