first cycle:
Week 1-10 test e 300mg/wk test prop 300mg/wk
Week 1-10 eq 300mg/wk
Week 6-10 winny 50mg/EOD
Im on a clean cutting diet. around 3000 cal. high protein diet. Every 2-3 hrs and 5-6 meals a day. Need help on diet?? What should be my best bet for protein/carb/fat a meal?? What should be the latest i should eat at?? Any thing on diet I need to fix??
My workout schedule is
Monday: Chest/tri 12 sets on each body part.
Tuesday: Bis/Back 12 sets on each body part.
Wednesday: Shoulders/Legs 12 sets on each body part.
Thursday: Chest 6-8 sets on each body part.
Friday: Bis 6-8 sets on each body part.
Is that too much?? What should my reps be for cutting??
I run 40 mins 5 times a week.
Also whats best product for the pct??
Give me any input you have and tell me what kind of results i should have if eating clean and working out hard??
