Diet or ones intake of macro nutrients is the base for life... what you consume determines on a cellular level your body composition of course ones genetics come into play when fully determining once basic composition. But after genetic predisposition one has to look at caloric intake and environment in this case your speaking of CNS stress and muscular stress applied via weight lifting.... your testosterone level then determines the efficiency at which your body utilized the nutrients to adapt.... Just as an example a man with a 300ng/dl test count.... would after applying stress to his muscle groups utilize 20% of his macros... where contreraly a man with a 700ng/dl (a high natural test lvl) would say utalize 30% of ones macros.... so its easy to deduce that if one is superhuman such as supplementing in a external test making ones test lvls 2000ng/dl there would in turn be a greater utilization of the nutrients to supply the demand that the stress is cause ones system to generate... So its easy to see that if your diet isnt in check.... you wont have the necessary components to build that muscle..... No matter your efficiency level
