    hey guys is 5/8in needle too short for chest?

    1" is the recommended length for anything except glutes.
    Glutes require 1.5"

    i used 5/8in in triceps, delts, and quads and nothing leaked.....

    ***ends on your b/f% really. If you have really low b/f then that is fine. if not i would go with the 1 inch.

    I would go with 1in. You just need to make sure you get it into the muscle and it dosent leak out. If 5/8 works good to go. Try it and see. You will know right away.

    d e pends on BF as everyone has stated. i use 5/8 for delts

    nice what if very little leaks out with droplets of blood, it doesnt all spill out tho and i can feel the muscle tighten and harden.... im on suspension btw. Is it normal for suspension to feel a lil painful as it goes in?
