Dbol: Take All At Once Or Divide It During The Day

Hello again everyone. When you take your dbol tabs do you take 1 tab at a time or multiple or all at once during the day. all the info i have read said because of the half life you need to split it up...am/pm..what do the rest of you think?

you should split them. As you said, the half life of d-bol is only about 4.5 hours, so I usually take them morning, noon, and night.

Yep split them up and chew them as well as it enters the bloodstream quicker that way as they do not have to be dissolved by the stomachs acids

the best method is to take them every 4 hours, throughout the day.

This is hard to do unless you have 5 or 10 mg tabs.

I did the 25 mg tabs before, and i just ended up doing 1 in the AM and 1 in the PM with good results.

You could always cut the tabs up in half using a sharp knife on a hard surface so they don't crush

yes, chewing does help in absorbtion.

I generally chew the thai 5 mg tabs, and then wash them down with grapefruit juice.

i have the russian , little white tabs...this will help getting in my system better?

Split them up, but take your highest dose 2-3 hrs prior to working out. Gives a nice boost.

I've been taking 2 in the morning then 1 every 4 hours(3) then 2 at night before be (about 11:30) and its working for me

Yes listen to the bros here, split them up. I usually don't try to cut them little bas*ards, up, with a sharp knife, I will probally end up cutting my finger off. So I normally bite them in half, and chew. Put the other half back in the pill bottle. Wally World has a pill spliter I saw the other day, I may get one and see how well it works.

Getpinz.com also has a pill spliter and works great .. I use them to split my arimidex tabs up into forths

Don't any of you guys chew any of your pills? It stands to reason what will digest first a solid pill or a liquid (the pill once chewed up will become moist) Look at the way tablets come now they come in a gel coated tablet with powder inside,like headach pills as it enters the bloodstream quicker.

As for taking during the night if you wake up you could take them but most are happy to hit the sack and dream og their next inj!
