Hi guys, I'm a pro rugby player just comming off a 6 month injury break.. I had pcl reconstruction, and then had problems with my sholder after a car accident..
So gyming has been limited..
But I'm healthy again..
I'm 26, 114kg's (250 lbs), 1,87 m ( 6'1)..
my position front row and requires power and explosivity..
My problem is that during my injury I put on quite a bit of fat and lost LBM.
My BF is mabe around 21-23%.. ( mabe more )
I am still under contract and my new season will be starting in aug..
I'm looking to burn as much fat and squeez in a short cycle before they get a chance to test me.. ( would be the 1st time)
I need to end up being 250-260 but leaner and stronger.
I need to get my body and power good again asap..
I've been looking and thought masteron( sorry, couldn't find the abr) would an be option.. Not sure if its ideal for a sport like rugby, or if I should be stacking it and if I need a pct..
Any help would b appeciated.

hmm this is a difficult situation. did you say they were going to drug test you? everyone is going to say you shouldn't be touching any AAS because you haven't been working out at all, but i understand this is a different situation and you are under a time constraint. i don't know anything about masteron, but i do know deca is good for recovery and that winstrol is a good for cutting fat. neither one of those can be run on their own, you need test as a base. running all 3 of those would be a pretty serious cycle however, especially for someone who hasn't been working out. lets see how other people respond...

I have been working out, just have been struggling to get up to where I was before, and the fat issue..
At the moment my bench is 300lbs, squat, 490 ( quater squat, its the rugby training)
I've got around 14-15 weeks to play with.. but must b clean after that..
I know it's not ideal, but I'm sure there are options for me??

yeah my roommate has almost the same exact stats as you only he's 270 and he took the cycle i said above for 12 weeks and it cut him pretty well and his fat turned into muscle.. he looked like a totally different person. i don't know what you ahve access to/your budget and everything though.

Cost is not an issue..

deca ( time factor) and winnie may not be the best thing for my joints and tendons, since I need them to stay stong...

what kind of pct did you have in mind ? i would just go with test e or c it would have to be a short cycle since detection time is a few months you would be pushing it . do you have a weight requirement? you would lose fat but you gonna get some water i think you would be cutting it too close myself

Stay away from the deca if you have to get tested. Deca can stay in your system for a long ass time. If I were in your shoes Id prolly just diet down real fast with a strong cutting diet and intense cardio (maybe 2 times a day) then maybe get some prop and var. maybe not the var, but prop for sure.

yeah what super said.. no deca... can stay in your system 1year+... prop+winny maybe.... or not at all... just diet and use clen.. hope that helps.. but you gotta becareful... winny is bad on joints.. and not recommended on high explosive sports....but hey... do what you gotta do..

Short esters should clear fast.
Add some T3 and clen to a clean diet.

1-8: masteron @ 75mg ed

You wouldn't notice much from masteron with that body fat, but it would help with the fatloss.

That should give you enough clearance to clear it from your system. But research the detection time for each.

Prop
Active life: 2-3 days
Detection Time: 2-3 weeks
Masteron
Active Life:2-3 days
Detection time: 3 weeks

Testosterone Suspension
Active life:+/-1 day
Detection Time: +/-1day

This shows the best detection time by far. Is that accurate??

test p 75mg/day. The detection time is only like 2 weeks
winstrol tabs 50mg/ day. The detection time is around weeks

try using clen to shed fat. You could use this until a week out and still pass a test.

Maybe kick start with 25mg/ day of d-bol for the first 4 weeks. This may give you some bloat, but it will help with strength. Just a suggestion. Good luck.

similar to what i recommended... except i said winny.. plus it will be a littl eeasier since u dont have to take 2 shots a day... and use oral winny.. well unless u load both into the same needle.

hey but good luck with your cycle.

I'd recommend GH, IGF, Test Propinate, Anavar, and possibly Masteron Propinate. The GH will really help with leaning you out and help repair anything else in your body that might be damaged.

GH is something that he can run through the season since it's very unlikely they'll be able to detect it. And the claims about it taking months to kick in is BS; I notice fat loss after only two weeks on it.

have you thought about a Test P and Tren A cycle. tren would make u mad strong and its awesome for a cutter as well.

Do yourself a HUGE favor and run any idea that your supplier gives you by this forum first, not saying your supplier is dumb but thats where most new users get in trouble at.

I know that as far as aas I wouldnt worry too much about running mast, just prop for 8-10 weeks with a good diet........

GH COULD be another option, as far as I know gh cant be tested for.

hey guys, I got his sugestion.. He said to go with a 6 week course of winny and metanabol.. I don't know much about metanabol, and as a whole what do you guys think of the course??
