    trying to make a decision

    alright guys, check it out, i'm in the middle of a test/winny(650mg/wk, and winny week7-11 at 50mg/ed) cycle right now(week 6 of 11), running adex as well....my diet is to the "t", the question i have is, for pct, i plan on running of course clomid and nolva, and running hcg up to pct, but my big question is should i run A) clen B)igf-lr3 alongside my clomid and nolva, i eat like a horse during pct and always maintain most, if not all gains, buti cant figure which one would be best to help with being anti catabolic and whatnot, ive ran clen the past 2 times, but not sure if i want to do that again, due to what i've read(ie heart scar tissue, etc)......i'm very knowledgable as to what im doing, if i were to run igf-lr3 i would shoot 50 mcg bi-laterally, post workout, which is 4 times a week....what do ya'll think? any experience in doing this would be much appreciated, thanks bros

    No clen, at least for me it dont do anything and i have never tried igf.

    well hell, theres gotta be someone in here that uses igf-lr3 for pct, cmon bros

    .. sorry to divert from the topic at hand.. but you said you have been using hcg up to pct..? what are you running it at, how many times a week? sorry for the divertion..... just couldnt find anyone that would help out on this.. posted earlier but no replys.. thanks

    scribbs, im gonna prolly go with 500 iu's every 4 days....theres no deca in my cycle, so im not shutdown intensely too hard, not sure about u tho, what are u runnin?
