How Much Saw Pelmetto?

I did a search and cannot find what is the recommended dosage for saw pelmetto on a cycle. Anyone have any idea on this one?

there is different dosages on different types like i get the 600mg pills and take 6 per day just for me it seems to help with some hairloss and my prostrate is healthy also been taking alot of eph for a long period of time

depends on if it the berries or the extract
extract: 320mg (1-2 pills)
berries: 2000-4000mg (4-6 pills)

the berries contain the extract, but need to take more of the berries to get same results

i am taking 6 of the 600mg pills per day(have berries)

Skip the saw palmetto and get Beta Sitosterol which is the active ingredient in Saw Palmetto. Take 1 tab(300mg)/day (at which you'll have to take over 1LB of saw palmetto to get the same amount).

The beta sitosterol will work. So will a standardized extract(capsule only)at 320mg a day. The berries are not standardized so you don't know how much active constituents are present.

I have been doin some reading up on Saw. I saw a lot of people saying them recommend 1g a day. But all of the clinical research I read said that a 160mg dose, twice a day was recommended. And it showed that higher doses showed no difference in effect. I went to the hair specialist doc today, and he gave me some Propecia and said Saw is shit! I happen to like the stuff, but it seems people here take it to combate DHT- so might as well go for what works a little harder for you. But I took it for a month and had decreased sex drive-- hmm maybee some test would help

I'd rather be bald than have a non-working dick!!! But TAKE PROPECIA WHILE ON CYCLE. It will keep your prostate from gettin SWOL - and prostate health is related to hair loss... think about it.....
