Cramp on oral winny?

I started winny 60mg ED on tuesday. The past couple of days I have been getting cramps in some muscles. The worst was at the gym about 1hr ago when I was on the cross trainer doing cardio. My quad literally when fully tensed and burnt, I couldn't move for about 1 min then it relaxed. I've never got cramp before, is what I experienced cramp?

It hurt like crap!

I'm drinking 4+ litres a day.
Maybe taurine will help??

I had the same problem on winny, during my sleep!
Almost each night I had cramps in my calfs.

i don't know why but my trainer said drink a lot of water and eat bananas! loll i'd try last month and it was ok after 3 days with 2 bananas a day loll...trust me

I had to stop taking winny 45mg tabs because I felt like someone kicked me in the balls and the pain goes around waistline into lower back. It hurts to bend over and walk. I drank a ton of water too.

Ahh the bananas would be for the patassium.
Maybe ill try get some to supplement with and up my water to 6+ litres a day.
