waste of time and money. Hold up untill you can get some test.
You need mention your stats. How old are, yrs of training, bodyfat, lbs? What are you trying to get from the cycle, size and strength, or to get cut?
Im 22 and have been working out off and on for about 5 years height is 6'1" and 215 lbs. I have the qv bold 200 now but cant find any test.
Sorry i want to get more cut and about 16% body fat
