Also, is there a difference between vet grade and human grade other than price?

gererally vet gear is assumed to be a bit "dirty" when compared with human grade..imo find yourself a ugl..or go with humangrade
i have ran a few cycles with vet gear great results, cheaper..but more often then not i usally got sick on those cycles(flu symptoms)
the b12 ive never used

The point to cutting your gear with B-12 is to dilute the suspension some so that there may be less post-injection soreness...also, some like to supplement B-12, so cutting your gear with it could be like killing two birds with one stone.
