Is he on cycle at his time? If so, what is he on?
If he is on a cycle that is causing alot of water retention, I suggest he get on a good AI such as Arimidex or Aromasin.

He is hes taken test en 750 a week and 50 mg var ed. Of the two you mentioned whice is better and whats the dosage

For better AI effects go with the adex.....
.25mg-.50mg/ed is an effective dose...if this don't help, he can increase the dosage by .25mg to reach desired effect.

He can run the adex from now and right up to PCT and even into the beginning of PCT, but be sure to stop the adex before PCT is complete due to the potential for estro rebound.
