Anyways... i think these are 5mg tablets.

a daily dose is 50mgs.

DO I EAT 10 AT ONCE? or EAT 2, Five times a day? or how should i take them?

split it in to 2 servings a day, take 5 in the morning , 5 in the evening. Due to halflife, So you can keep a constant amount in your system through out the day.

If i take them in the evening, will that effect my sleeping pattern? does it make your body wired, speedy or restless?

evening as in before dinner, Also if you worried about sleep which it shouldnt effect, buy some melatonin, it really helps you fall asleep, its sold in the vitamin isle at wal mart, its all in alphabetical order in that isle.
