***ends on your body. I average about .5mg daily and if I feel gyno symptoms appearing, I'll bump it to 1 mg. Remember it takes a couple days to build in your blood stream.

.25mg ED sounds good. If you start bloating more than you would like or you start having gyno symptoms you can always bump it to .5mg or near it.
