goals- cut down to 10% body fat for the summer...any help appreciated...

wks 1-12 primo at 300m pr/wk
wks 1-12 anavar at 50mg every day
I also plan on running clen, t-3 & eca for the first 8 weeks at the following schedule
clen t-3
wk 1 work up to 120 mcg work up to 100 mcg
wk 2 off (run eca) 125 mcg
wk 3 120 mcg 125 mcg
wk 4 off (run eca) 125 mcg
wk 5 120 mcg 100 mcg
wk 6 off (run eca) 75 mcg
wk 7 120 mcg 50 mcg
wk 8 off (run eca) 25 mcg
nutrition will be as follows
-6 meals per day every 3 hours
protein/carbs/fats
50%/30%/20%
fibrous carbs, and good fats wil lean meats, plan on adding plent of efa's amd plenty of aminos such as taurine, glutamine etc..
probably half of the carbs will come from a pwo shake.....after weightlifting.
workout schedule
-cardio 5 days per week in the morning on a empty stomach
-weight lifting 3-4 days per week ***ending on the week
What do you guys think for PCT???
and also how realistic are my goals for this cycle??
is there anything I need to combat any effects from the var?? I know winny is known for joint pain and hard on the liver, I didnt know of anything of that nature with var..
I know that everyone is going to tell me to run test, but my goals are to cut I am running the primo and var to combat the catabalism and keep the muscle that i have, plus the fact from what i have read they are mild and easy on the system..
I plan on making the order in 2 days!@!!! I am pumped I have never tried var!!!
