    what would you change

    guys i wanna max this cycle out 4 weeks in to 12 week cycle, please tell me what you think about the way im taking it. hgh 5/2 4iu, anavar 60mg a day 6/1 . monday , friday , 300mg test cypinate, 150 mg masteron, 100mg winstrol oil wed , saturday 150 mg masteron, 100 mg winstrol oil. so the total is 600 mg test, 600 mg masteron, 400 mg winstrol oil, plus the anavar and hgh. am i taking it in the intervals , thanks in advance

    Masteron 150mg eod
    Tren 100mg ed

    etc etc

    Much easier to read for us.

    ok thanks, masteron 150mg eod, winstrol oil 100 mg eod , test cyp, 300 mg twice a week, 4 ius of hgh5/2 , anavar 60mg 6 days a week, my main worry is the spacing of my shots especially the test and winstrol, im taking the necessary hcg, milk thistle , got all the pct stuff thanks

    1) I think you can do masteron EOD.

    2)The winny though I think is better ED, even though alot of people have run it EOD.

    3) However you space the Test shoots I think they should be evenly spaced or as close to that as possible. You could shoot it eod or e5d day if you stick with the other EOD shoots. If you shoot the winny ED then it might also give you more flexability with the test. ***ending on how you want to break it up.


    How long are you running the hgh for?

    that looks like a very dry cycle with the var in addition.
    Very to the point - alot of DHT stuff.
    I'm interested to see what it does for you - keep us posted.

    hgh 6 months im taking the somatorm but thinking of going to jin yeah a couple of days ago after my arm wkout my elbows hurt like a mofo

    hey jagd u think 4 diff exercises 3 sets each not including warm up, is that enuff cause im dying afterthat amt am i a puss or what

    jin is good. I've been on different hgh's for close to a year and a half. I took a few weeks off every six to 9 months. It has been a similar protocol to yours 3-5 iu 5on/2off. i like it but like people say it takes time to appreciate the benefits.

    Different things can come into play but if you are making a maximum effort then you are making a maximum effort and you will grow. 4 exercises 3 sets sounds pretty standard - I usually do something similar.
    It also ***ndes on the muscle group, and the training program. Are you doing max weight for 4-6 reps per set. Are you doing sets of 10 with less weight.
    Are you pyramiding up. All of these methods have worked for different people.
    What it realy comes down to is are pushing yourself or not. If you are then it probably is enough regardless of the method. Hell I've even played with german volume training or 10x10s for something different. I'm an excersize variety guy so doing 10 set of 10 reps of one primary lift drove me nuts. After the 10 you do just a couple of suplemental sets for the muscle group. It grew me a different way a leaner but denser I thought.

    For legs I do more sets but then there are more muscle groups i hit like the hip abductors and flexors besides the regular stuff like quads, hams, and calves. i make sure i have time and energy on leg day.

    thanks all good info , yeah i normally ,ake the last set of any 1 exercise pyramid like curling 50pd db, to fail, then 35, then 25 so on and so on
