    Is this possible?

    can steroids actually do NOTHING to your body?

    well how do i put this.... not that the steroids wont work, but that your body just doesnt react

    reason i ask this was well, about 9months ago i did a cycle of FAKE steroids, it didnt do shit to me, was on week 5 and i was STILL the same, other than the minimal improvements i got from me KILLING myself at the gym, that gear did nothing but give me a funny smelling sweat

    now here's the reason why i ask this question..... i just got back from the gym about 20min ago and today i started sweating alot!! and then the smell came.... just like the smell when i did the fake steroids.

    so now the questions that come to mind are

    1. if i got the same sweat smell again this time around just like the last time, then were the steroids i did the last time actually real?

    2. and if they were "real", why didnt they give me any improvements?

    3. could steroids not work for everyone? they may be top of the line hardcore the best steroids, but is it possible that they wont effect some people at all

    can my immune system actually block the effect of the roids? or can my body just simply reject it?

    is this possible?

    You probably didnt get any results because you dont know how to eat and train right. It is possible that you got fake shit, but again that goes back to not knowing anything. Not trying to flame you but you need to do a lot more research on your own.

    think evry1 q's their gear at sum point,main issue is-steroidsn arnt magic,muscles grow wit proper diet an training over many months.wer in this 4 the long haul,not ba quik fix!

    no way!! i worked out EVERYDAY!! I gave up goin to clubs, i went to the gym! i stopped goin ou tlate nights, stop seein so many girls, just worked and worked out and slept, and i ate VERY HEALTHY!!!

    and ALSO my friend did the cycle with me and he TOO didnt get any results

    but my cousin did a cycle of Test for 6weeks and he didnt touch a weight and all he did was have sex with his GF, play o****erstrike 24/7 and eat Jack in the box and Wendys every day!! and he got huge!

    Yes your very healthy diet probably wasn't enough calories. If you dont eat enough its doesn't matter how hard you train. Diet is the most important thing.

    I was going to say the exact same thing. If your diet is not in check, you can train 8 times a day and taking all the juice in the world, and you won't make any progress AT ALL.

    Post a list of your diet (what you eat throughout the day) and many helpful people here will critique it and tell you what you need to change in order to get optimal results.

    As Nark said in a thread I made about my diet (and this is possibly the best quote about nutrition i've ever heard:

    "'Good for you' or 'healthy' does not translate to be equivalent to 'Optimal'"

    if you are sometimes it takes up to 8 weeks before it kicks in for some.

    i eat like a pig!! alot of home cooked food and alot of real good food outside as well

    I was only joking because I don't know of anybody that smells like steroids when their doing a test only cycle. Now I know a few people that say tren makes them smell a little different.

    Dude, obviously you had some fake shit! If your boy didn't grow either than it probably wasn't real.

    Get some good gear, get your diet in check, and try again.

    yes yes they were fake, me and my friend were both very disapointed

    but ok here is my diet

    EVeryday i eat

    for breakfast its majority my moms leftovers from dinner before and a protien chocolate drink

    for lunch i usually eat at wnedys a cesar side salad, a baked potatoe, and some chilli. Or ill eat a large cuop of shrimp cocktail with saltine crackers. Or ill get me a subway meal, u know those $3.99 things. Chips, 2 chocolate chip cookies and the sandwich, and of course i drink my protein shake and water

    for dinner i go home around 6:30pm and i pig out on WHATEVER my mom has madefor me. Meals can consist of potatoes, chicken, some beef, soups, salads, rice, vegetables, fish, basically what a mother wants to feed her babies, wnats them to be full and eat hearty and make them all big and strong, so i KNOW my mothers food is good

    after dinner i eat a slice of walnut cake with iciing on it and a tall glass of milk... or sometimes ill eat 3 chip ahoy chewy chocolate chip (i HAVE to have sweets after a meal)

    by that time im usually sleepy as hell!! ill take a nap and when i wakt up around 9pm, i go the gym and workout respectively what i need to do for that day.

    Then after the gym, i usually dirnk me 2 glasses of milk with nesquick, but now that i have protein shakes, i drink those....

    and on Sundays its my cheat day, i go to a cuban restaraurant and pig out!! i eat a large salad with grilled chicken breast and a large plate of black beans, rice, and some shredded beef!! or some pork squares! or some steak!! man im hungry now!!

    and of course throught my whole weke i drink alot of water

    let me break it down a bit more for you on what i can eat during the week

    Protein Shakes (Chocolate)
    Grilled chicken with barbecue sauce and rice with salad
    Soup consiting of plantains and potatoes with beef
    Beef stew consiting of potatoes, beef and rice
    Salads of ALL types of vegetables (spinach, carrots, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, cabage, avacado)
    Chili from wendys
    Baked potatoes from wendys or Big daddy BBQ
    Chicken sandwiches GRILLED from either Mc. D or Wendys
    Shrimp Cocktails
    Shredded beef with rice and black beans
    Pork chunks fried with vegetable sauce and rice
    Top Ramin soup 3 minute instant when im in a hurry
    Twix, Babe Ruths, Raisenets, 3 Musketeers, or chocolate chips cookies
    Subways meals of the day


    etc... etc... i dont know, i eat like any normal person, but i eat ALOT!!!

    can anyone help me on some things please? should i eat alot of fish? should i drop the Beef? More chicken? Not so much salads? pick up more on the sweets? i dont know

    any helps will be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance!!

    Perfect example of people who overestimate how much they eat. You, along with TOO MANY people I speak to in person on online here say they eat A LOT, or eat SOOO MUCH. You are eating three meals a day and maybe 1800 kcals. But its hard to judge since you give no serving sizes or anything. That is not a lot of food at all, in fact its about average for a normal person, so for a bodybuilder is actually LITTLE.

    Get into the diet forum for some good advice and help with diet. You will not gain eating walnut cake and nesquick man.

    Just as I thought... not enough cals and protein in the diet to support muscle growth.

    This is the big problem. People buy gear and either their training or nutrition (or both) is insufficient and then they wonder why they didn't make progress. Get your diet in check, THEN do the juice. Not the other way around.

    That way, you'll know if your stuff is REALLY fake or not.

    I know in my younger days and a silly little boy i was, took 5 ectasys one night and 2 days later coming back too earth and a visit from ythe Doc who gave me some valium. I had this awfull sweaty stench still haunts me to this day....

    hes right. Its very hard work eating enough calories to optimize your growth while on. I just started a cycle and took in a little over 7300 Kcals/day the first week, but during the second week I am battling getting the food down. Its like once my reserves got filled up, my hunger is gone. Im fighting now to get down 6500 kcal/day. If you want to grow you have to eat big. You have to eat like the weight you are trying to be. Figure about 25 kcal/pound of bodyweight, some take in 30.

    Its rough, especially if youre eating good foods. It is just as much labor and work as the lifting at the gym, really even more so.
