If you have a strong pain in your shoulder from injecting is it harmful to workout that body part? What's the worst that can happen?

The worst that could happen is the pain may inhibit your ability to get a good workout on that group...

As chest stated, shoot the delts after you workout that group...then you will avoid the problem.

Personally, I don't have this problem, so quite often do I work a group that happened to get an injection that same day...I think it actually helps disperse the oil some if you work that group after an injection.

    Good luck,
