No Oral cycle is safe. You need to wait a little longer before you use roids. You are only 20 years old and can get soild gains if you worked hard in training. I suggest you go to the diet forum. By your weight and height alone i can tell that you have much gains to be made. Steroids can really screw you up. You need to research everything you can find. Diet, Workout, pct.

I honestly believe that 99.9 % of the guys that are on this forum is going to tell you the same thing. Not trying to "daddy" you. But would hate to see you taking medication for the rest of your life because you screwed your body up. If you think that Deca 200 is a oral than you have not done your research.

If you do decide to use Steroids, and have your gear. Post your diet, Stats (detailed info) what your diet looks like, and what your pct looks like. Many people here will critique your cycle to make it safe as possible
