its ok to use that pin... but do it quickly...do not let it be in open air as long as possible.

ok thanx but couldnt i just wipe the pin with alchohol swab after i draw just to be safe?

You can but it will be a little dull from the stopper.plus you wont have the option of drawing with an 18g and shooting with a 23g

well the other guy said not to let the pin be out tooo long before inject

if you like dull needles wipe the area your gonna stick and fill your syringe and pull it out then shove it in your body dont forget to aspirate and there you go.dull needle will lead to more scar tissue build up than sharp pins.i personally load my syringe and cap it then i put the fresh sharp new pin on i wipe the injection site remove the cap and there you go

you can however when you draw it will dull the pin and make the injection more painful, it is usually wiser to change to a fresh needle when injecting
