Messed up my last cycle
Hey guys I really messes my last cycle up, I changed jobs halfway through, my diet and training went to shit. I just bloated up, now I have lots of un wanted BF. I was hastingly going to do another cycle, but I need to shift the BF first. What is good for shifting it????
My diet is now tight, my cardio is good & I have a personal trainer who used to be MR UK & Europe. I just need to help shifting my gut & loosing my chins.

No I stopped my cycle early, work was hectic. That was 2 months ago now,

how did you recover? still got your balls and sex drive? i would maybe get some bloodwork done if i was in your shoes. definately dont start cycle til you get yourself back in shape though.

you should run a pct even if you stop cycle early, now its time for blood work
