Hello they are Gabriel a boy of 20 years... I wanted to simply expose to people more expert one my source of anxiety: time makes made one true hauled... a cycle only Anadrol (50mg) of approximately 1 month and means making one pyramid from 2 to 4 tablets the day...... The gain obviously has been... but the effects legacies to estrogens are appearances: light gine and water retention above all swelling up makes them. Subsequently I have taken to anti-estrogens which Nolvadex and Arimidex and the gine we say that one has reduced nearly of the all and the thing is invisibile so is light... la what that to instead takes care is the swelling up makes them that during the cycle it increases, then but outside cycle me not to scompare of all. Therefore I wanted to ask to you if it is a reversible problem and therefore it is alone issue of time and anti-estrogens, or the face me will remain always a swollen Pò... in fact outside cycle is deflated to me... only is not reduced to me of all... what I wanted to know is if naturally the organism in the long run filler the level of estrogens to normality, or in order to reduce retention and swellings up I must act assuming particular things.... Why I read that Nolvadex acts on the receivers of the estrogen blocked to tie with estrogens, while the Arimidex prevents the conversion from androgen to estrogen... appeare therefore more indicates to you in order to prevent that in order to cure.....per that one I was taken care, why does not know if I can bring back estrogens to a natural level and make to pass to all the effects which had to a high level of this last in the body. The problem is been born from when I made the cycle of Anadrol (june 2006) also outside cycle is exactly not diminished to me more than a lot... now I have as soon as ended a cycle of susta + deca and it is returned outside (but that one is normal the so)... but is convinced that if I do not act with something not me it deflates of the all outside cycle... for this are taken care... why between 1 cycle and the other is passes 4 months to you and it has not been reduced of all... I believe that the anti-estrogens are more in order to prevent that in order to cure... THANK YOU FOR HELP THAT YOU GIVE ME...

Let me try to break it down.

Ok.. basically you acquired puffy nipples (not to be confused with gynaecomastia [gyno]) from your first cycle of anadrol..

Your nipples returned to normal after your cycle.

Then on your second cycle of sustanon and deca you got actual gyno.

4 months later you still have gyno.

You wonder if eventually it'll go away.

The shrot answer is no.

Once the tissue has been formed, your only recourse is surgery.

Some claim that letrozole 'reverses' this process... but most agree that it does not.

Reducing circulatory estrogen will reduce the puffiness yes.. as it is an estrogen-***endant growth.

But it will not fully reverse it.

Thanks many Narkissos for the help... My problem however is not the gine, but rather the swelling up of the face... that during the cycle swell,( but is normal during the cycle...) while outside cycle is not deflated of all... The question is this: Can I reduce the swelling up of the face out the cycle... until returning normal? What I must take? Beyond to Nolvadex and Arimidex, a diuretic one can work? thanks.

Order some L-Dex from the ARR store. It is inexpensive and will help with your bloating issue. There are countless factors that may be contributing to your puffiness. You should list out your cycle in bullet form so we can see what you are / have been doing.

Language barrier is making this one a little tough.

Alright Gobald...First I would recommend NOT taking a diuretic (such as lasix, etc.), unless you're preparing for a contest. It's not healthy and can be potentially dangerous. You're body thrives on water for your joints, etc. and I suggest you research a little more before you consider diuretics that's all.

Second, the side effects of holding water while on AAS are entirely estrogen-related. I just don't understand why you're still bloating if you're taking nolvadex and arimidex. Like the others said, consider taking Letrozole or Aromasin (exemestane) throughout your cycle. They really inhibit estrogen and therefore SHOULD inhibit your bloating while giving you a dry, hard look.

As far as "bullet form," that looks like this:

Test Enanthate 500mg/week.....weeks 1-12
Anadrol 50mg/day....weeks 1-4

Letrozole .25mg/day, etc. etc.

...I have made:

1) cycle of Anadrol: 150mg/day weeks: 1-7; nothing recovery; nothing anti-estrogens; 4 months of stop........... 2) cycle of Susta + Deca 350mg/200mg/week weeks: 1-9; after the cycle anti-estrogens nolvadex, arimidex; recovery with clomid. Perhaps I have still retention and swellings up because it is alone 3 weeks that I am assuming nolvadex and arimidex… Therefore I would have to wait for shortly before finding other solutions… Therefore the conclusion is that it is still soon and with of the time and anti-estrogens it is resolved all….just? thanks.
