That cycle wont yield you very much gains bro. IMO you should run an AI such as arimidex or letro.
Doesnt matter where you inject bro, injection in the shoulders wont give you more upper body strength lol who told you that?

What are your stats? (age, weight, height...)
You were told wrong and some people may have somethings to say about your cycle and homework.

An AI like letro will help in keeping estrogen related side effects such as gyno/bloat,water ret in check. Failure to run an AI or SERM during a cycle might result in unfavorable results such as gyno. And only a test based cycle is recommend for a first.
Also at your age bro, if you mess w/ AAS you can run the risk of shutting down your HPTA for good, which in turn means you will need to be put on HRT for life.
Educate yourself on proper cycling methods, diet, training, etc.. and give it a couple years before you cycle bro.

I think for a first cycle using low doses is the way to go but it would be better if you posted your age/wt./bf and years lifting. As for anti-e go with a AI for sure since your using deca . I personally would not use it unless you start to show signs of gyno but have it on hand. I would extend your cycle to 12 weeks but I do like the low doses you have, I am a big fan of less is more.

If your 18 you should not be using gear at all! You don't need it.

you wont gain well because those are pretty low dosages. I agree with Gho5t that you only need one compound for your first cycle. You also need an Anti-e just in case you are prone to gyno. Since you have never used before you dont know how your body will react to the compound.

Do what GHO5T said and educate yourself on proper diet and training, at your age you can make a lot of progress if you have them down solid. Even if you do go on a cycle you wont gain what you want because your diet is not up to par and the risks outweight whatever positive you can see out of the cycle.

I have read the forum about 500 test e first cycle...but i have also read that for more intermediate users its 500 test e 200 deca and 25 dbol
i made the assumption it would be better to use the intermediate cycle with less Test E ... i don't understand why i am incorrect
i was also kind of cautious about running my cycle 12 weeks it is a very long time...and i didn't want to do more damage then i am already doing
i was 155lb at the end of wrestling season about 2 months ago, so i feel a 15lb gain proves my dieting abilities
i understand what your saying ghost i just assumed intermediate would yield better results for the sake of it being intermediateLast edited by Ds1; 04-14-2007 at 03:30 PM.

Intermediate is recommend for bros that have already cycled before, once or twice.
Its not meant to be used for bros that have no cycle experience.

Once done with the season, you arent doing so much cardio and the level of activity goes down, and one will gain even on a sloppy diet b/c of more calories in your diet and your not burning as much, which is called a rebound effect.
Its just the bodys way of reaching homeostasis.
