    sleep aids?

    Hey Bros can anyone give me any ideas on sleep aids what works,what doesn't. Either taking thermagenics or juice sometimes it is impossible to get any sleep.

    Melatonin at gnc.. its cheap as hell and it works great .. excedrine pm isnt bad .. shot of nyquil ... and also some ghb every now and then isnt too bad for a good nights rest ...

    ZMA is great! Also Sleepy time extra tea is pretty good (it has valerian root in it). No hang-overs/grogginess from it and it's not addictive.

    get your doc to give you some ambiens, i love them things...valerian root also works 'ok', and pot, i dont use pot but i havn't been able to sleep after this recent surgery (gyno removal) and pot does the trick...
